All content on EisenWiki is subject to the GNU Free Documentation License. Any works submitted under this license must either be under the GFDL themselves or be owned by the submitter who grants us the right to use it under the GFDL.

GNU Free Documentation License summary

The GFDL is a legal, binding contract between the author of the content and the user, who is any member of the public reading, copying, or modifying the works, which grants the following rights on the text: Anyone can take this text and redistribute it, changed or unchanged, as long as it remains under the terms of the GFDL whether or not there are changes. This means that you can use the content in whatever form you want, republish it anywhere, consider it free to use in any way you wish AS LONG AS you do not claim copyright other than the GFDL on it, including copyright on modifications made to the text.

Site Ownership

This web site is owned and maintained by Jonathan Eisenstein. The content related to CAP is owned by Jonathan Eisenstein in honor of and on behalf of the College Avenue Players and not by the group itself or Rutgers University. For the purposes of comparison, he is to be considered the editor of this site, with absolute control over who is allowed to contribute and the content that appears on this site. No restrictions will ever be made on who may read, copy or use the material, as long as they abide by the above license.

There is no presumption of ownership of any material on the site by any contributor except for Jonathan Eisenstein. Any submitted content can be kept as written, modified, or outright deleted with no expectation of notification to the author. At any time, the owner may choose to close public edits on EisenWiki, thus making it a personal, non-collaborative web site. All content then remains under the ownership of Jonathan Eisenstein, subject to the terms of the GFDL. The owner is not exempt from any such conditions on text written while the EisenWiki as a whole is subject to the GFDL.

This license may change at any time, however, announcements will be made on the front page if it does. If the license does change, all content submitted before the change will still be subject to the license it was submitted under.
