Steve Kushner
By using his natural artistic ability to paint some of our world's most
amazing creatures, wildlife artist Steve Kushner hopes to share with
others the beauty and importance of the living things around us. In
1975 Kushner published a series of prints featuring six large cats on
the endangered species list. He was the first artist to address this
theme for the print market, and did so in order to shsare his art and
environment philosophy with as many people as possible. Soon
after, he moved to Los Angeles where he began a successful career
using his artistic talents in the film and television industry. Several
years later, he returned full time to the world of fine art and began
painting the intriguing "camouflage" paintings that have added an
enticing dimension to this popular artist's repertoire.
